Notary (new and renewal) applications are submitted to us with the required documents and transmitted to the Division
of Corporations/ Notary Commissions. Once you are commissioned as a Notary, we will then contact the P-card holder in your
respective Departments for payment.
Our 2011 Florida Notary New & Renewal Package Price is $74.26* broken down as follows:

Important message regarding Completing your Notary Application
When completing your Notary application, please provide your
Mailing Address as your Business Address! Your Notary Certificate and Seal must be mailed to the department where you
work and not your Home Address!
Please remember that you MUST mail in your application to
us for processing (a Fax or email copy of the Notary Public Application is unacceptable)!!!
